Shloka & Transliteration

Standard Word-for-Word Meaning

I instill scripture-based thoughts within the hearts of all living beings across my twenty-one universes (brahmands). I alone am the source of memory, knowledge, and analytical reasoning that dispels doubt. Furthermore, I am the ultimate creator of Vedanta, the sole knower of the Vedas, and indeed, I am the singular authority worthy of being known through all Vedic literature.

Hidden Mysteries & Secrets

Verse 15.15 marks the grand climax of Kaal Brahm’s (Kshar Purush) personal manifesto. Having demonstrated his total control over the external cosmos (Verses 12–13) and internal biology (Verse 14), he now claims absolute dominion over the human mind, memory, intellect, and the entire scriptural ecosystem of his 21 universes.

I. The Controller of Consciousness: Memory, Knowledge, and Reason

The speaker makes a profound psychological claim: "I only am memory, knowledge and analysis (dispel doubts)."

  • The Internal Program: Within his 21 universes, Kaal Brahm acts as the central cognitive processor for all living beings. He governs Memory (Smriti), allowing souls to carry forward necessary karmic impressions; Knowledge, the perception of the material world; and Analysis/Reasoning (Apohanam), the ability to clear doubt and logically navigate life. By regulating these three cognitive pillars, he completely shapes how trapped souls experience reality.

II Bounded Knowledge: "Worthy of Being Known Through All the Vedas"

When the speaker says, "I only am worthy of being known through all the Vedas," he defines the exact upper limit of standard Vedic scholarship.

  • The Vedic Trap: The four Vedas explicitly describe, praise, and outline the way of worship for Kaal Brahm and his administrative branches (Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva). Therefore, if a seeker studies only the standard Vedic texts without the guidance of a Tatvdarshi saint, they will naturally conclude that Kaal Brahm is the Ultimate God. This is a deliberate, brilliantly constructed theological boundary.

III The Strategic Transition to the Ultimate Truth

This verse is arguably the most vital setup in Chapter 15. By taking credit for the entire cosmic, biological, and scriptural matrix, Kaal Brahm establishes himself as the undisputed absolute ruler of the perishable world. However, by framing this as the absolute peak of his domain, he perfectly sets up the massive, historic revelations of the next two verses (Verses 16 and 17). Having explicitly detailed what lies inside his 21 universes, he is about to blow open the cosmic ceiling and reveal the existence of the Param Akshar Brahm—the Supreme God who rules the imperishable realms far beyond the reach of the Vedas.
